2. What we collect, and when
We only collect information you actively give us. We do not buy contact lists, and we do not attempt to identify visitors who simply browse the site.
2.1 Quotation requests and contact forms
When you submit the quotation request form or the contact form, we receive the information you enter:
- Your name, company name, business email address and, if you provide it, your phone or WhatsApp number
- The type of business you operate
- Your enquiry details — product, quantity, packaging, preferred Incoterm, destination country and port
- Anything you write in the free-text message field
We use this solely to prepare and follow up your quotation, and to maintain the commercial relationship that follows. We do not sell, rent or share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Please do not enter sensitive personal information, financial account details or passwords into these forms. They are for business enquiries.
2.2 Form processing
Our forms are processed by FormSubmit, a third-party service that receives your submission and forwards it to our export desk by email. Your data passes through and is processed on their infrastructure, which may be located outside your country. We do not control their systems. Review their own privacy terms if this matters to you — or contact us directly by email or phone instead, using the details in section 9.
2.3 WhatsApp
Links marked WhatsApp on this site open a conversation in WhatsApp, operated by Meta Platforms. Some links pre-fill a message mentioning the product page you came from; nothing is sent until you choose to send it.
Clicking these links takes you onto WhatsApp's own service, and any conversation there is governed by Meta's privacy policy, not this one. We receive your phone number and whatever you send us. We use WhatsApp messages for the same purpose as email enquiries — preparing and following up quotations.
2.4 Server logs
Our hosting provider keeps standard web server logs, which typically record IP address, browser user agent, pages requested and timestamps. These are generated automatically by the hosting infrastructure and are used for security and troubleshooting.
3. Cookies
This website currently sets no cookies of its own. Analytics is not active, no tracking script is loaded, and no advertising or profiling cookies are used.
If we enable analytics in future, this section and section 4 will be updated before it goes live, and the cookie set will be limited to the measurement cookies described there.
Third-party services you choose to interact with — WhatsApp, the embedded Google Maps on our contact page, and our social media links — may set their own cookies once you engage with them. Those are governed by the relevant provider's policy. The Google Maps frames on the contact page load from Google and may set cookies when the page is displayed.
4. Analytics
Website analytics is not currently active. No analytics script is loaded on any page, and no measurement data is collected or sent to any analytics provider.
We intend to enable privacy-conscious analytics in future, configured to anonymise IP addresses, disable advertising personalisation, and record only aggregate interaction events such as product page views and quotation requests — measuring interest in products, not individuals. This section will be updated before any such tracking becomes active.
5. Legal basis and your choices
Where data protection law such as the UK or EU GDPR applies to you, our basis for processing your enquiry is our legitimate interest in responding to a business approach you initiated, and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
Depending on where you are, you may have the right to request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, object to how we use it, or ask us to restrict its use. To exercise any of these, contact us using section 9. We will not treat you differently for asking.
6. How long we keep it
